Georgina Overend

Georgina Overend is a legal advisor to Claims Funding Australia, the litigation funding arm and wholly owned subsidiary of Maurice Blackburn. She is a Senior Associate based in Maurice Blackburn’s Melbourne office.

Georgina is an experienced litigator, predominately practising in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency. Prior to working as a solicitor, Georgina worked as an Associate to Associate Justice Gardiner at the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Since joining, Georgina has advised Claims Funding Australia on a broad range of matters, including claims against directors and advisers, as well as insolvency-related claims.
